How to Personalize Your UPS Profile
- Log in to UPS.com – Sign in with your UPS ID or email address and password.
- Go to “My Settings” – Click your name (top right corner) and select Profile or My Settings.

- Manage Addresses – Add or edit saved shipping and billing addresses in the Address Book.

- Email is the default MFA method. Make sure you have access to the email address listed in your profile so you can quickly authenticate and complete your login.
- Upon enrolling in MFA, you can also set up an additional verification factors if you prefer.
- If you have not enrolled in MFA, you may be prompted to verify your identity when logging in or accessing privileged areas of UPS.com. This is designed to help protect you and your data if unusual activity is detected.

- Associating an Account to an Existing User Profile-- A user can associate an existing account to their own profile by linking the existing account to their wallet. The account owner will need to provide invoice details or a one-time passcode for authentication.
Yes. If you need access to a shared UPS shipping account or business tool, you can associate the account with your unique profile by linking the existing account to your wallet.
